One of these options is REQUIRED prior to joining the regular CrossFit classes.

Option 1:

Group On-Ramp

  • 5 – one hour sessions spread out over 2 weeks (Week 1:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday)
  • Classes must be taken consecutively over 2 week period as each class builds off the previous class.
  • Any missed classes MUST be re-scheduled into a private session at an additional cost.

$150

Option 2:

Private On-Ramp, Individual

  • 1-on-1
  • 1 hour per session
  • 4 sessions

$300 – additional/individual sessions may be purchased at $75 per session

Option 3:

Private On-Ramp, Group

  • Up to 5 persons
  • 1 hour per session
  • 4 sessions

$500 for 2 persons, $100 for each additional group member – additional sessions may be purchased at $125 per session
