Yoga is a great way to help improve your CrossFit experience, and help you become a better overall athlete. Lucy’s yoga class at Berkeley CrossFit is designed to improve flexibility, balance, proprioception, and endurance. Whether you are an experienced Yogi or new to the Yoga scene, this class is for you.
